It is a tradition already

A group of chefs of various restaurants in Dubrovnik is in Trpanj. They come to Trpanj with their families, every year for a relaxation and to play soccer, catch the breath before the summer season in Dubrovnik. And as we reported last year they came again to eat Konoba Skojera.

We appreciate their patronage very much and hope to see them next year again.

Appetizers: prosciutto, cheese, and olives then some cuttlefish salad, anchovies and salted sardines.

Main course: grilled calamari, fish and boiled spinach and potatoes. Grilled meat, pork, and veal, then pljeskavica, and cevapcici, with sides of chopped onion, ajvar, and french fries.

They were drinking house red and white.

Here are some photos of dinner they had. I would say a typical but very tasty Dalmatian fare.

Their host and waiter was the owner of the restaurant, Mr. Goran Jovic, the chef in the kitchen was Goran’s spouse Keti and the grill master was Goran’s mother Amra.
