Ribar i kuhar Goran Jović u svojoj se trpanjskoj konobi Škojera brine da gost bude zadovoljan od jutra do – sutra. Ujutro sam hvata ribu na barci Antonia, a zatim je tijekom dana i priprema gostima.
To je prava dalmatinska kulinarska prića! – Sa sedam godina sam uhvatio prvu trilju, a s jedanaest prvog zubaca. Otac Ante bio je i profesor i ribar, pa mene naučio sve što znam – govori ponosno
Goran Jović. Ako ujutro uhvati gofa, onda ga i gostima priprema za ručak. – Sam hvatam, sam pečem na gradélama, a moja supruga Keti riješi sve ostalo. Za vino je zasluzan punac Ante Zaninović s Visa – dodaje vlasnik Škojere.
Poznati su po jastogu na brujet, u koji ide i škarpina i rep grdobine, ali i po najboljem grilu u mjestu.
